Payment account statuses

Once users have set up their event’s payment account, your payment account status changes to match the current state of the payment setup.

In order to process a payout, the account status must be Active

The status of your events can be any of the following:

Pending

After registering the payment account, the status will be immediately be pending

Active

The account has been successfully set up and is authorized to process payouts

Declined

If an account is declined a new account will be required to set up your payment account

Need Information

Additional information is required to verify the account

Pending Approval

Documents have been submitted and pending review
