Payment account statuses
Once users have set up their event’s payment account, your payment account status changes to match the current state of the payment setup.
In order to process a payout, the account status must be Active
The status of your events can be any of the following:
Status | Definition |
---|---|
| After registering the payment account, the status will be immediately be pending |
| The account has been successfully set up and is authorized to process payouts |
| If an account is declined a new account will be required to set up your payment account |
| Additional information is required to verify the account |
| Documents have been submitted and pending review |
