Presentment Currency

The presentment currency refers to the currency the attendee is charged in

The presentment price is the price attendees see displayed on your events and the currency that the attendee uses when they pay for their tickets at checkout. For example:

Suppose you're an event admin based in the United States but you’re managing an event in Europe. Your event currency will be USD because your payout currency is USD but a majority of your attendees will be paying in EUR. In this case, the settlement currency is USD and the presentment currency is EUR.

Setting up presentment currency

1. Navigate to the Manage Event page of the specific event that needs presentment currency setup

2. Click Payments

3. Select + Create payment account and complete the form

4. Select + Add currency
   Note:
   - Organizers and admins will get to choose which presentment currency they allow for their events – the set of currencies that the admin selects is what the attendee will be able to select from and process their payment as
   - Default currency is the settlement currency - everything is considered presentment currency
