Canceling cash orders

Only Root Admins and Event Organizers have the ability to enable this option.

  1. From the left-side menu, under Event Manager, select the Payments drop-down

  2. SelectPayment and then Orders

  3. On the right hand side, toggle on the More actions drop-down

  4. Select Cancel Order

5. Select Submit

6. You should then see the Payment updated to Canceled
