FAQ: Orders, Payments, Payouts, & Refunds

On this page you will find:

What is the payout schedule and can I change it?

Currently, platform payouts are set to occur twice a month (every 1st and 15th) unless otherwise stated. Most platform payouts deposit into your specified bank account as soon as they receive them, though some may take a few extra days to make them available.

Platform payout schedules are subject to change.

Time Zone Difference:

All payments and payouts are processed according to EST time. As a result, the processed date may not be the same as your local time zone.

What is an order?

An order consists of ticket sales, paid or free. You can view details of those order(s) via the Orders button on your platform dashboard.

Ticket Sales (if applicable) go to the Group awaiting the scheduled Payout

Can I switch my payout method after I’ve already sold tickets for an event?

Yes, if you’ve already sold tickets for an event, you’ll still have the ability to switch your payout method to a different account.

Reference this article for step-by-step instructions Changing my payout method after I’ve already sold tickets.

Does MeeteR still charge a fee for orders that I refund?

No, for an order that you refund in full, MeeteR refunds all fees associated with that order. The fee on partial refunds is prorated.

Why have I not received my payout?

If for some reason your payout has not been received, it is likely that your bank account was not able to receive the payment.

It can take up to five additional business days for your bank to return the payout and inform our payment processor that it has failed.

It's important to make sure that the bank account information you provide is correct. If it is not (e.g., a typo in the account number), it is possible for payouts to be sent to another bank account holder. If you are certain that your banking details are correct, or have been in contact with your bank to resolve any issues that might have occurred at their end, there’s nothing else that needs to be done.
