Creating registration questions for your event

Registration questions give organizers the ability to efficiently ask attendees questions and to collect and track important attendance details for any upcoming event or conference that your company or organization is planning.

Only Group Organizers have the ability to manage all events within groups they are part of. Only Event Organizers have the ability to manage events they have been given access to.


Creating registration questions

  1. Navigate to the Manage Event page of the specific event that needs a registration question added

  2. On the left-hand navigation, in the Event Manager section, select Registration Questions

  3. To add an existing question, search for default questions using the search bar – after the default question are selected, click Add Questions

  4. If a new question needs to be created, click + Create

  5. Select which Question Type(options include: Multiple Choice, Short Text, Long Text,Yes/No, Accept, Number, Date, Phone Number, Email, Rating, File Upload, Website)

     

  6. Complete Question Label and Description field

  7. In Settings:

    1. Allow multiple selections: (when applicable) allows respondents to select multiple options

    2. Include free response option (“Other”): allows respondents to include a custom response

    3. Required: when toggled on, makes the question required so that respondents must answer it before submitting the page

    4. Default: when toggled on, will add this question at the root level

  8. After you have completed the fields, click Create
