Creating templates for tickets, event sessions, and events

On this page you will find:

MeeteR is set up to allow you to efficiently manage your recurring conferences, training, and events. Rather than having to copy all the same information (e.g. name, description, prerequisites) each time it is scheduled, common information about the event is stored within a ticket, event session, and event template.

The event template can then be used to schedule future instances of the same event quickly and easily. Your MeeteR platform can store multiple event templates for you to use for all of the events you offer.

This option saves a lot of time and helps standardize event management across the platform by not only reducing any unnecessary manual effort, but also helping build and customize ticket, event session, and event template options that have been approved by you!

Select a drop-down below to get step-by-step instructions on how to create your templates.

Only Root Administrators can create and manage templates
