Issuing a partial refund
On this page you will find:
Only Group Admins have the ability to manage refunds for all events within groups they are part of. Only Event Admins have the ability to manage refunds for events they have been given access to.
Issuing a partial refund
Navigate to the
Manage Event
page of the specific event where the order needs to be refundedOn the left-hand side navigation, in the Overview section, select
Orders
Select the order that needs to be refunded
To partially refund the order, in the Order Items section, select the
Refund
button of the individual orderNote: If you need to refund an entire order, reference this article Issuing a full refund
The organizer will have the ability to:
Select the Refund Reason (i.e.
Customer Request
,Duplicate
, andFraudulent
)Include a
Description
After the details are confirmed, select
Refund
An email is sent to the attendee once the refund has been issued
