Checking in attendees to your event

On this page you will find:


Keep track of who attends your event by checking in your event attendees with MeeteR’s check-ins.

You will need a device connected to the internet (i.e. laptop, tablet, etc.) to check-in your attendees


Checking in attendees to your event

  1. Navigate to the Manage Event page of the event where the attendees need to be checked in

  2. On the left-hand side navigation, in the Overview section, select Attendees

  3. To check-in an attendee, find their name (Tip: utilize the filter feature to quickly find and sort by email, first name, or last name)

  4. Once the guest has been identified, select the Check-In button to check that attendee in

  5. After checking in, the attendees' Check-in Status will change from Check In to Check Out

A Comma Separated Values (CSV) file or Excel (XLS) file can be exported at any time for the Attendees Not Checked In and/or the Attendees Checked In section.

To do so, select the Export button located on the top-right corner.
