Changing my payout method after I’ve already sold tickets
On this page you will find:
If you’ve already sold tickets for an event, you’ll still have the ability to switch your payout method to a different account.
Only Group Administrators have the ability to manage payout methods for events for groups that they are part of. Only Event Administrators have the ability to manage payout methods for events they have been given access to.
Changing payout methods
Navigate to the
Manage Eventpage of the specific event that needs the payout method changedOn the left-hand side navigation, in the Event Manager section, select
PaymentthenPayment SettingsIn the
Payout Methodsection, selectChange Payout MethodAfter you’ve made edits to the appropriate fields, click
Submit
This will not affect any transactions processed using your prior payout method.
