Understanding order statuses

Succeeded

• The ticket has been successfully processed, and payment methods have been charged

• The funds for the order have not paid out via platform payouts

• Tickets that are free (zero-dollar orders) will never reflect a paid status b/c there is no outstanding total that requires a payout

Paid

• The funds for the order have been paid out via platform payout

Partial

• A portion of the order has been refunded back to the purchaser

Refunded

• All items in the order have been refunded to the purchaser

Returned

• Order status for all items in an order that have been returned or refunded

Pending

• Order is pending payment confirmation.

Canceled

• Order was pending confirmation of payment, but has been voided/canceled.
