Viewing and sending receipts on orders

Do you have an attendee requesting a copy of their order confirmation? Listed below are a couple of ways to view and send receipts to attendees.

Only Group Organizers have the ability to manage all events within groups they are part of. Only Event Organizers have the ability to manage events they have been given access to.

Attendees can also access their own account and send themselves a copy of their receipt, here’s how Viewing and requesting a copy of your order receipt


Viewing and sending receipts on orders via My Orders

For orders that are Free, you will not have the ability to View Receipt or Send Receipt

  1. Click your avatar icon to open the drop-down menu, select My Orders button

    1. Tip: Use the Filter button to search by Created, Status, Email, First Name, Last Name, Event

  2. After you’ve identified the correct order, select the row to view the Order Details

  3. From the Order Details, in the Payment Details section you will have the option to select:

    1. View Receipt - a pop-up with the receipt details will appear

    2. Send Receipt - a Send Order Receipt screen will pop-up, complete the field then select Send

  4. To Send Receipt to an attendee, complete Send Order Receipt fields

  5. Select Send


Viewing and sending receipts on orders via Manage Event

  1. Navigate to the Manage Event page of the specific event that the attendee registered for

  2. On the left-hand side navigation, in the Overview section, select Orders

  3. After you’ve identified the correct order, select the row to view the Order Details

  4. From the Order Details, in the Payment Details section you will have the option to select:

    1. View Receipt - a pop-up with the receipt details will appear

    2. Send Receipt - a Send Order Receipt screen will pop-up, complete the field then select Send

  5. To Send Receipt to an attendee, complete Send Order Receipt fields

  6. Select Send
