Understanding your event status

Your event status changes to match the current state of the event.

The status of your events can be any of the following:

Live

  • This event is published and available for ticket registrations

Started

  • Your event is currently happening – the start-time is in the past and the end-time in the future

Draft

  • Your event has not yet published and will not be visible to the public on your platform

Past

  • Your event has ended (the Start and End times are both in the past). Once an event has passed, it will not be visible to your audience on your platform

Cancelled

  • Your event is cancelled

 

For Past and Cancelled events, you will not be able to edit the details or re-publish the event.
