Adding registration questions to your tickets

With our registration question feature, organizers have the ability to create custom registration questions and easily ask attendees different registration questions based on the tickets they select.

Only Group Organizers have the ability to manage and add registration questions for all events within groups they are part of. Only Event Organizers have the ability to manage and add registration questions for events they have been given access to.


Before assigning registration questions to tickets, you’ll need to create registration questions and have at least one ticket available to select from.

Adding registration questions to your tickets

  1. Navigate to the Manage Event page of the specific event that needs a registration question added

  2. On the left-hand navigation, in the Event Manager section, select Tickets

  3. Select the row of the ticket the registration questions need to be added to

  4. On the Ticket Price Details page, in the Questions section card, select Edit

  5. To add registration questions, select the + Add questions and add the available questions

  6. After the registration questions have been added, select Save
